What this page collects

This page has no sign-up form and we do not set advertising cookies on it. When you visit:

Tickets

Buy tickets opens an external ticketing page run by a separate provider. Anything you enter there, including your name, contact details and payment details, is collected by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive the attendee details we need to run the event, such as your name and contact details, and use them only for that.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and to help with your attendance.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal data.

Photos and video at the event

The event may be photographed and filmed, and images may be used to report on and promote Spot On and The Faculty of Brands. If you would prefer not to appear, tell our team at the venue or email us.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the event, such as ticketing, venue, communication and analytics (Google Analytics) providers, and only as far as they need it, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep attendee information only as long as needed for the event and any follow-up you agreed to, and then delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to:

Email hello@tfob.lk and we will respond within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.
